Withdrawal Guide
As you well know, today Tuesday 26 March 2019, we have enabled the contributors who took part in the BitSong pre-ICO and ICO phases to withdraw thier coins.
The participants in the reward campaigns (Airdrop) will be enabled in 2 days to withdraw, but since the procedure that leads to it is practically the same, we have decided to publish a small guide for this process.
Therefore, the first thing you need to do is open our website https://bitsong.io/en and click on the “sign in” button. At this point the following screen will appear:
Once you open your account, you will see how the control panel has changed. You will find the Dashboard at the top left, which contains all the details about your transactions, how many tokens you have accumulated, through which process (Airdrop, pre-ICO, ICO, etc.) the dates, but also the wallet address where you will receive the tokens.
At this point, always at the top left, click on “Withdraw”. Here you will find the status of your tokens. If you have already been enabled to withdraw, then the quantity of tokens available for withdrawal will be visible under “Available”.
If your tokens have a bonus lock-up that you have selected at the time of purchase, then the amount of blocked tokens will be visible under “Locked”, while as a last entry you will find “Total”.
At this point, if tokens have been unlocked under “Available”, it means that they are ready to be withdrawn, so all you have to do is click on the blue “WITHDRAW” window.
Once you have pressed the “WITHDRAW” button, the system will send you a confirmation email for your request, so what you will have to do is go to the inbox of the email address you used to log in to your account and open the email that has just arrived from BitSong. A screen will appear as in the example below, where you need to click on “Confirm Withdraw”.
Once you click on “Confirm Withdraw”, you will see the confirmation with a screen as follows:
Perfect, we’re almost done. Once confirmed everything via email, returning to your account you will see how in the “withdraw” window, under the “Available” item the quantity of tokens will be reset, while the blue “WITHDRAW” button will be turned off.
At this point, on the right side of the screen, you will find a rectangle entitled “Withdraw Pending”. When “withdraw pending” appears next to the amount of tokens you have requested, then it means that the transaction has been recorded and that you will have to wait for our system to verify your request and approve it, and then wait for the Ethereum Network approves the transaction.
The process could take a few minutes, so don’t lose your patience.
